PCOS & You Workshop
Our foundation organized the PCOS & You Workshop to raise awareness and provide education on Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), a condition affecting millions of women worldwide but often misunderstood or misdiagnosed. The workshop created a safe space for women to learn, share experiences, and access practical guidance on managing PCOS.
Participants benefited from expert-led health talks, open Q&A sessions, and peer discussions that helped demystify PCOS and its impact on women’s health, fertility, and emotional well-being. The program also emphasized nutrition, lifestyle management, and early diagnosis, equipping women with tools to advocate for their health.
Through this initiative, the foundation reaffirmed its commitment to women’s health, empowerment, and advocacy, ensuring that participants left with knowledge, confidence, and a supportive network
