Executive Director

Marvelous Ewa is the Executive Director of the foundation, bringing strong leadership, organizational, and management skills from her background in real estate and executive administration.

She also serves as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Profiled World Homes, where she supports corporate strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement. With her expertise in administration and business management, she ensures the foundation runs efficiently and effectively, driving its vision and growth.

Lucy Olufadeke Ndodo

Social Mobilization/ Service delivery Lead

Mrs. Lucy Olufadeke Ndodo is a public health professional with over 20 years’ experience in social mobilization, service delivery, and health systems strengthening. She has worked with WHO, JSI, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Malaria Consortium, leading malaria prevention, immunization, and maternal health programs.

Skilled in logistics, community engagement, and advocacy, she has coordinated large-scale health interventions across Nigeria. Her passion lies in improving access to quality health services for women, children, and vulnerable groups.

Oluwadamilola Rebecca Jinadu

Monitoring Evaluation, Research and Learning Lead.

Oluwadamilola Rebecca Jinadu is a Programs, Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist with 8+ years’ experience in international development, humanitarian aid, and policy analysis. She currently leads M&E frameworks for the UNESCO-funded Creative Caribbean Project at Siel Environmental Services Limited.

Skilled in results-based management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement, she has strengthened project efficiency and impact across diverse initiatives. Oluwadamilola also brings expertise in project management and digital solutions. She is passionate about advancing inclusive and sustainable development through evidence-based strategies.

Chijioke Abia Onyike

Legal, Compliance, Partnerships and Funding Officer.

Chijioke Abia Onyike is a legal associate and development professional with 4+ years’ experience across law, compliance, and program management. He has worked with Resilience Nigeria, Primera Africa Legal, the FCT High Court, and Thomas Orogan & Co., gaining expertise in legal drafting, research, compliance, and litigation support.

Chijioke also brings experience in nonprofit programming, proposal development, and donor engagement from his work in education, health, and humanitarian projects. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (University of Nigeria), a BL from the Nigerian Law School, and a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence & Technology. A member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, he is passionate about using law, policy, and innovation to promote equity and sustainable development.

Finance Officer and Admin

Victoria M. Zaki is a highly motivated and goal-driven professional with a strong background in administration, business development, project coordination, and client relations. She is recognized for her excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, which enable her to effectively support teams, manage operations, and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

With experience spanning business development, brand management, marketing, and program coordination, Victoria has successfully supported organizational growth through efficient project execution, team collaboration, and strong stakeholder engagement. She is adept at building rapport, managing multiple priorities, and leveraging tools such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite to enhance productivity.
